Our Role

What HealthOn does — and does not do

We advise and coordinate

We help GCC patients compare treatment options abroad and arrange consultations, travel logistics and follow-up communication. We introduce GCC clinics to medical technology suppliers.

We are not a clinic or retailer

HealthOn does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or sell medical devices. We do not give medical advice or guarantee treatment outcomes.

Licensed partners deliver care

All medical decisions and procedures are made by independently licensed doctors and hospitals. Device sales are handled by authorised manufacturers and distributors.

End-to-End Concierge

The HealthOn Cross-Border Care Protocol

How our GCC coordination desk supports you from first inquiry to follow-up after you return home.

  1. 01

    Private Case Review

Share your goals in a short inquiry. A HealthOn coordinator prepares a summary for independent partner specialists to review.

  2. 02

    Video Consultation

Where the partner offers it, we arrange a video call with the treating doctor before you decide anything or book travel.

  3. 03

    Clear Written Quotation

The partner sends you a written quotation listing what is included, such as hospital stay, accommodation, interpreter and transfers where offered. Prices and terms are the partner's.

  4. 04

    Follow-Up After You Return

We stay in touch after you return home and help coordinate the follow-up plan you agreed with your treating team.

How we review partners

  1. 1

We request the hospital's operating licence and registration.

  2. 2

We review accreditation certificates and check them with the issuing body where possible.

  3. 3

We confirm the treating doctor's registration with the local regulator.

  4. 4

We share the evidence we hold with you on request.
